The Urban Chamber Community Development Corporation (UCCDC) is a non-profit 501c3 organization with a dynamic initiative aimed at providing a supportive ecosystem for entrepreneurs, startups, and established businesses. We offer affordable office spaces, resources, and mentorship to help businesses thrive.

The UCCDC is conveniently located at 1951 Stella Lake Street, in the heart of the Enterprise Park. This prime location is situated across from the FBI Regional Headquarters and provides easy access to local businesses and government agencies. The facility is approximately 17,000 square feet and offers below-market-rate office space in a business incubator. It also houses a business resource center.

The UCCDC provides small, diverse, and minority-owned businesses with referrals to service providers for business counseling, training, education, and opportunities needed for capacity building and to compete in an ever-changing economy. It also connects businesses with resources, education, and tools to manage and obtain financing through loans, investors, and alternative sources of funding. The UCCDC provides a turn-key operation with several services and amenities, including all utilities, office furnishings, high-speed internet, Wi-Fi connections, meeting facilities, and on-site business mentors/counselors.
